S_Fuyu's Commissions

I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

My deadline will be from 5 days to 8 weeks (or longer) depending on the amount of commissions, type and complexity.

I provide commissions exclusively via digital medium.

Provide a clear reference or prompt, everything is useful.

I may post WIPs on my social networks, let me know if you don't want it.

I can post the drawing in my social networks, but let me know if you really don’t want it or if you don’t want your name in the post.

I will post the drawing in my portfolio.

The drawing style can vary slightly due to my personal improvement.

You can contact me sending a message on X (Twitter).

Give me 24 hours to send or respond to any message. I'm not always at my computer.

I'll send you a message to confirm the order.

I'll send you a message to confirm that I started the drawing.

I'll send you an initial sketch for approval, and a second with colors when necessary.

Upon completion, I'll send you a digital product in high resolution via a Google Drive link.

The link will be deactivated after a week.

I'll only change the pose or design on the sketch step, after that you're not able to change.

Color changes can be made only in the base colors step.

I don't change pose, design or color after the shading process start.

I'll only edit the finished piece if the commissioner and myself can agree that the changes are justified.

PayPal / PIX only! I do not accept cryptocurrency or eChecks.

Commissions are in $USD/ R$BRL only for now.

I will send you a PayPal / PIX invoice.

The payment must be done 50% upfront at the time of the request, and 50% on the delivery.

Requests under $20 (USD / BRL) must be paid in full upfront.

The commission will be sent only after the full payment.

Installments can be negotiated if your commission cost more than $200 (USD / BRL).

The price can be increased according to the level of complexity.

I hold all copyright to my artwork.

If you post the commission in your social networks, you must gimme the credits!

No other party than myself is allowed to edit, trace, copy or remove the watermark from a product.

For personal use only. Do not resell or use to make products for selling without asking me.

Commercial usage is specifically requested by the commissioner and agreed to by both parts.

You're welcome to upload the smaller version to your gallery and anywhere else you wish to.

You're not allowed to upload the high resolution copy online, as it is reserved for your private use.

I'm ok if you want to give the drawing as a gift, but please tell me who you are going to give the drawing to.

I may cancel a commission at any time, at which point you will be issued a full refund.

You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.

If money has not been sent yet you have the right to cancel the commission.

Pet / Extra Character: + 60% (per Character)

Complex Clothes: + 25% ~ 50%

Complex Objects: +25%

Special Efects: + 10%
